Not many people are happy to admit to having become a basket case, but Wilma Allan decided that it would be a good move after the end of her second disastrous relationship. She turned the reasons for becoming a basket case (not once but twice) during two demeaning abusive and destructive relationships, into an opportunity to change her life by owning up and taking responsibility compassionately for the mistakes that she had made.

Wilma’s uniqueness has been to turn both of her traumatic experiences into a time of great re-invention. And she now teaches other women how to do this on their own terms.
