Ian will introduce the concept of the Company Will - most of us don’t have a valid Will at home, let alone one for our Business. Yet our Businesses could be worth more than our homes.

He will tell some stories of classic situations in which business clients he has met have found themselves.

He will  outline some strategies that protect everything you have worked so hard for – not just for your children, but for generations to come.

Ian says he will make just two assumptions:

1. If you have children, then you love them!
2. That you don’t want the Inland Revenue to be a specific beneficiary of your Estate!
