Fancy bring a friend to a meeting?

We welcome you to bring a colleague/friend to any of our networking events to also enjoy the benefits of networking with women in business.

There are 2 options for booking her in:

Option 1: Online booking

Make sure you've logged out before hand if you are already logged in!
Choose the event in which you want to book your colleague
Click 'book now' and you will need to register her first so that we know her dietary requirements and full contact details and then you can pay online.
It is your responsibility to ensure your online payment is successful. If for any reason your payment is unsuccessful or you abandon the payment process before your payment has been received by Ellevate Networking your booking will be treated as an offline booking.
There's no requirement to become a full member yet as she can come to 2 meetings to see how she likes it.

The online booking fee for visitors is £22.00

Option 2: Offline booking

She/you can book her place via email and pay offline by bringing the fee to the meeting or sending a cheque to reach us before the deadline for that event. Please provide, by email to kirsty@ellevate.co.uk the following details so we can book her in:

full name of attendee
company name (if available)
tel number
email address (very important)
any specific dietary requirements
date of chosen event

The offline booking fee is £27.00 (visitor meeting fee + admin charge)

Paying offline

If you are paying offline, a surcharge of £5 will automatically be added to each meeting fee you are booking. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Ellevate Networking’ and sent to:

Please ensure you include the date of the meeting/s you would like to book + the full contact details (including name and email address) of the attendee/s the cheque relates to.

Payments must be received by the deadline for that meeting. If you are experiencing problems paying online and therefore need to pay offline there will still be a £5.00 handling charge added to your fee.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Please refer to our Terms for more information.
