a little bit of 'info' on your host, Michelle Seaman...

In addition to being a Host with Ellevate, I have been running my own business – Inner Strength Coaching - since 2005. Having a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching has meant that I am able to coach individuals and groups with credibility and professionalism.

Having run a number of businesses, including a restaurant and catering company, I am  fully conversant with the challenges to the small business owner and the requirements for becoming self-employed. I have coached on many different levels both on a 1:2:1 basis and in groups. My experience ranges from coaching groups of teenagers exploring stress to small business owners looking to move their business to the next level. I have worked extensively with those looking for a career change and coached hundreds of individuals by working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus on behalf of a company who provide bespoke careers advice and strategic job search support to unemployed Professionals and Executives. I am highly experienced in all aspects of a job search from writing CV's to exploring the unadvertised job market - and of course Networking!

I will give you the time and space to determine what it is you really want from life, to understand why you want it, and to set clear goals. I will help you overcome the obstacles, build your confidence and self belief, and encourage you every step of the way.
