What Makes Ellevate Networking Different from other networking events?

Having attended a number of networking events in Wiltshire, Hampshire and Bath/Somerset by a variety of different organisations and groups, Kirsty Paget and Michelle Seaman felt that although each networking event had good qualities, there was something missing from each one. They wanted to be part of a networking event in Wiltshire that made best use of their time - being busy business women themselves.

Now owners of Ellevate Networking, Kirsty and Michelle have strived to ensure that Ellevate Networking is a networking group that exists for its members and to make sure each meeting makes best use of the members and visitors time. We understand the importance of joining the 'right' networking group and time is precious when you run your own business isn't it?  That means that they share their initiatives before they put them into place and are open to the ideas members have which may improve the service and running of the networking meetings.

In addition to this, Ellevate Networking ensures that it provides visitors with a visitor guide so that they know what to expect at their first meeting. They allocate a Mentor who has been chosen from one of the more experienced members of the networking group to offer support and guidance, particularly to those who may be a little nervous about the networking process.

The location is all important, and was chosen for its warm and friendly atmosphere rather than any corporate credentials and has wonderful but healthy food on offer. The emphasis remains on business and networking and because our members make a huge effort to build the monthly meetings into their schedules the warmth and friendliness is genuine and adds to the success of the group.

Kirsty and Michelle endeavour to listen to their members and are always thinking of new ways to improve the group because in addition to running Ellevate, they run their own successful businesses.

About Ellevate Networking Meetings

Ellevate Networking has been running since 2005 and it is owned and run by Michelle Seaman of Inner Strength Coaching and Kirsty Paget of aprompt Ltd web designers. As business owners in their own right, both Kirsty and Michelle understand the benefits of networking and have strived to create a vibrant and friendly networking group for women in business throughout Wiltshire, Hampshire and beyond.

We welcome you to join us and experience the benefits of sharing time, expertise and information with other like-minded people. Ellevate Networking is held on the last Friday of each month from 12 - 2pm and includes a buffet lunch at:

Each meeting lasts for 2 hours and after refreshments and networking the meeting begins with and an introduction to everyone then we have an inspirational speaker offering insights into their own business successes, or tips in their particular field of expertise.

Useful business exchange sessions take place after lunch which provide the opportunity for you to seek advice from others, brainstorm ideas, share solutions and enjoy the buzz of offering and receiving fantastic information.

Visitors may attend two meetings after which they are requested to become a member.
