Free Mentoring for New Members
Ellevate Networking Mentors are existing members who have a vast experience of networking and understand that it can be daunting to walk into a room filled with people you've never met and strike up a conversation.
Once you have attended your first network meeting, it might be said that the hard part is over! Visitors are welcome to come to a maximum of 2 networking meetings before they need to join as a full member (of course, you can join straight away if you wish!). Once you have become a member, we will allocate you a networking Mentor for your first 2 months, upon your request. How much or how little you use them is entirely up to you but they will contact you soon after you have joined to see whether you would like their support.
The mentoring role runs for a period of approximately 6 months and then we offer the opportunity to another Ellevate Networking member so that everyone who would like to be a mentor, is given the same chance. Mentors are not expected to support more than 2 new members at any one time.
